7 Days in Egypt (cairo and Dahabiya Nile Cruise)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will join your guide and driver for a full day of sightseeing. Start your day by visiting the only remaining one of the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the famous Giza Plateau.The three world-famous pyramids of Giza were erected on a rocky plateau and, in ancient times, were included among the Seven Wonders of the World. You will see the Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops). In addition to Khufu, you will also visit the pyramids of Khafre (Chephren) and Menkaure (Mycerinus).To the south of the Great Pyramid lies the Great Sphinx, which is the most well-known.Next, you will visit the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. Inside the museum, you will see artifacts from various periods, ranging from the pre-dynastic era to the Greco-Roman era. You will also see the treasures of Tutankhamun. After breakfast and check-out from your hotel, we will drive you to Cairo Airport for your short flight to Luxor. Upon landing in Luxor, you will once again be met by your guide and driver.They will take you to visit the largest place of worship ever built: the magnificent Karnak Temples.You will have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, you will visit the Valley of the Kings, where numerous magnificent tombs are carved deep into the rock, filled with treasures and rich decorations, meant to be used by the pharaohs in the afterlife.You will wrap up this day of sightseeing by visiting the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and you will also see the Colossi of Memnon.Next, you will transfer to Esna, where you will board your Dahabiya boat and spend the night.Meals included:BreakfastLunchDinner

Next, your boat will take you from Esna to Edfu, where you will disembark for a horse carriage ride to the Temple of Horus. After that, you will sail to Al Silsila Quarry, where you will visit the Chapel of Horemheb. After exploring the chapel and taking plenty of photos, dinner will be served on-site. You will enjoy sailing to Kom Ombo to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo. This fascinating complex actually consists of two temples, dedicated to two different gods. After visiting these spectacular structures, you will sail to a small and quiet island.
